Karen

Karen has worked in the medical field for 20 years both in hospitals and for different specialty practices. Her extensive experience as both a practice manager and medical secretary means the practice is always run both professionally and efficiently.

Karen’s gentle disposition ensures all patients are treated with great consideration and kindness. No task is too great or too small and this adds to the proficiency of the office. Karen’s perfectionist nature and hardworking attitude means from the first initial contact through to the follow up care post-surgery, patients’ individual needs are given top priority to ensure the best possible service.

David

David is my practice nurse at Blacktown. He has nursing qualifications from both the UK and Australia.  David has had extensive urological nursing experience and in fact worked with Dr. Ende at Concord Hospital in the Department of Urology in the early 90’s.

David’s role includes Urodynamics, assisting with prostate biopsies, patient education in many areas including erectile dysfunction and continence.

David works to a very high standard at all times and is very proud of the service he provides.

Sheree

Sheree has had over 13 years’ experience in the medical field, in both hospital and specialist practices. She has experience as both a practice manager and medical secretary and therefore understands all facets of medical practice administration.

Sheree is friendly and professional and has excellent organisational skills which ensures the smooth running of the practice. Sheree looks forward to assisting patients with any requirements they have and provide exceptional service.

Margaret

Margaret, our practice nurse, has an Advanced Diploma in Nursing and over a 15 years nursing experience in all aspects of Urological care at St Vincent’s Hospital and Clinic.

She has worked in several departments including pre admission, medical and surgical wards. This role has included patient management following multiple procedures including Radical Prostatectomy, Trans Urethral Resection of the Prostate, and surgical procedures to treat bladder cancer, as well as general Urological care. Margaret has a very broad knowledge in teaching and education of patients which is essential for a smooth transition of the patient to return home after hospital discharge. Margaret brings all of these skills to the outpatient setting in Dr Ende’s rooms where she can spend time individually with patients as required.

Her role includes performing urodynamic studies, urine flow testing, administration of BCG treatments for bladder cancer and the teaching of intermittent self-catheterisation.
